the production of feature film effects. The Company and its principals have been involved in such films as "Judge Dredd" (Sylvestor Stallone),
"Eraser" (Arnold Schwarzenegger), "Starship Troopers", "Event Horizon", "What Dreams May Come" (Robin Williams) and "The Matrix" (Keanu
Reeves). The Company is one of the major visual-effects studios worldwide. Its acquisition positioned Manex Entertainment at the forefront of the
burgeoning visual-effects field. The Company continues to provide high-end visual- effects to the feature film production industry, especially
computer-generated digital animation and enhancements. Two major studio projects, both for Warner Brothers, are 1999 projects: "Deep Blue
Sea", starring Samuel Jackson and L.L. Cool J and "The Matrix", starring Keanu Reeves and Laurence Fishburne. The Company has begun work
on "Mission Impossible II" which is moving into full production this Spring.
