Lincos users will be able to construct concept maps based on general knowledge, and to use them as navigational tools for material they have accessed on the Internet. The access to the Internet, and the ability to organize information resources has provided a wealth of information for users.
For example, in the area of health, concept maps have been constructed on human reproduction, pregnancy and delivery, population and adolescence.
In the area of agriculture and agronomy, information has been collected regarding the environment, ecosystems, argo industry, animal nutrition, farm management, irrigation channels, animal reproduction, wood technology and aqueduct construction.
Information has also been collected on trade and commerce, including accounting, and trade cooperatives.
(could incorporate more here from other LINCOS map … but it is mostly just a large list of topics).
