Prognosis
This infection is already established (duration of longer than 24 hours).  Earlier detection 
would have improved her prognosis.  However, as she is young and only one joint is 
affected as of yet.  Prognosis is guarded.  Her chances will be optimized with aggressive 
and consistent treatment.
