Hypothesis One:  Joint Malformation 
	In this case the femoral head may not fit correctly into the acetabulum properly 
causing abrasion of the cartilaginous surfaces and irregular wear.  As time goes by, the 
cartilage structure may change and eventually deteriorate and break off creating joint 
mice.  These changes and the abnormal anatomy of the joint would result in pain.
