Plan of Action 1. Radiographic evaluation Ð chest lateral and D/V to rule out pulmonary contusion, pleural effusion, diaphragnmatic herniation; abdominal lateral and D/V to rule out abdominal effusuion; pelvic, right hind limb (tibial) lateral and D/V; left hind limb lateral and D/V, consider contrast study to evaluate possible bladder rupture (positive contrast pneumocystogram) 2. Monitor/quantitate urine output; UA 3. CBC and blood chemistry to evaluate shock status, liver function, muscle damage (CK); possible follow up coagulagram if clotting deficiency is suspected 4. ECG to investigate blunt cardiac trauma from HBC 5. Ultrasound to elucidate radiographic findings if necessary 6. Wound care for abrasions on right hind
