	awkward gait last few weeks rear leg
	Possible rt worse than left owner thinks maybe
	dog walks ok but uncomfortable when sitting
	worse in am and after exercise
	canÕt get up stairs
	dog on rimidil last two weeks
	positive response to drug treatment

Physical Exam
	Stance disproportionate wt bearing on forelimbs
	Mild lameness grade 1 of 4
	Principally in rt hind
	Palpate minor clicking in elbow joint no pain or reduce range of motion
	Longbone palpation norm
	No muscle pain or atrophy
	No neurological deficits
	Hock/stifle ok
	No cranial drawer sign
	No joint fusion seen or palpated
	Palpation of hip joint produce rxn more on rt and more obvious
in extension rather than flexion
hip range of motion reduce to 100 deg
ortalani sign was positive on left hip but unable to evaluate on rt side because of 
pain
