Prognosis:

The prognosis for a bilateral hip dysplasia is good in this instance 
given that the patient is a young, otherwise healthy  Rottweiler 
puppy.  
The options available to this patient include:  nutrtional 
management until he attains 18 months of age and can undergo a 
total hip repalcement procedure.  At that point he should achieve > 
90% painfree usage of his right and left hips.
