LEW HANES: Does the cold weather in winter affect the generation capability?

BILL MELTON: We have had a few problems in the past.  There have been a few occasions when we had some very, very cold weather.  Before we could get the units on line, some of the units had icing problems with the water lines.  Now we put out an alert the day before the severe cold weather comes in.  The whole system is notified that a cold front is coming in and they should do whatever is necessary to protect the units.
