LEW HANES: What are some of the other things that you consider in planning?

BILL MELTON: Each night we have what we call an evening comeback when outdoor lighting starts coming on. We find that the Sunday evening comeback is higher than it is on Saturday or Friday evening.  A lot of businesses are automated to turn heat or air conditioning on Sunday nights to heat or cool the buildings for Monday morning.
